Sophion Bioscience K.K. is proud to host the 4^th Ion Channel Modulation Symposium (ICMS^®) in Japan—marking the 17^th ICMS worldwide. Since its inception in 2016 in Europe and expansion to North America in 2019, ICMS has become a leading platform for scientists and professionals in ion channel research. Today, it stands as a vital meeting point for academia, contract research organizations (CROs), and the pharmaceutical industry, fostering global collaboration and driving innovation in the field.

This year’s ICMS in Japan will feature over 20 distinguished speakers from top institutions, covering cutting-edge topics such as voltage- and ligand-gated channels, drug discovery, and structural biology. With approximately 130 participants, the two-day event provides a dynamic mix of presentations, poster sessions, and extended networking breaks, creating the ideal environment for knowledge exchange and partnership building.

The focus will be on innovative strategies for ion channel research and drug development, highlighting new technologies and approaches to modulating these critical biological targets. Join us as we explore the future of ion channel science together.
