Notice of end of life for Qube 384 Mk I & II,

The 16th of February 2025, we launched Qube 384 Mk III to continue the important role of high-fidelity automated patch clamping in the 384-format. With that we also announce that service and spare part availability of its predecessor, Qube II, will come to an end 7 years from that date.
As of 16th February 2032, we can no longer guarantee that we will be able to service your Qube 384 Mk I & II instrument.
We will, of course, repair and service if parts are still available at that time.
At the same time, we announce that Qube 384 Mk II version Harrier, is the last version, which means that there will not be developed any new features for that platform. Bugs and bug reports will be received and evaluated but only serious bugs will be corrected.
Independent of this EOL-notice, please be reminded that our service and support plans (Platinum, Gold and Silver level) have a standard lifespan of 8 years counting from the birth of the instrument.

Important: Note that data and experimental protocols from Qube II will be fully compatible with Qube III.
