CHO and HEK-TRPM8 tested on QPatch

CHO-TRPM8 and HEK-hTRPM8 cells were tested on QPatch which both provided high success rates, high-quality gigaseals and good recordings of the ion channel current. The EC50 and IC50 estimations for menthol, icilin and capsazepine were in agreement with reported literature values.
