Platinum Sophion service contract for maximum service and support
With a platinum service contract, you are assured maximum service and support from us, giving you the highest return on your investment and the best possible conditions to succeed with your Sophion instrument. A Sophion platinum service contract entitles you to 1 business day response time (onsite or remote) for unplanned support, including new spare parts and 24-hour technical and application support.
Gold Sophion service contract for extensive service and support
A Sophion gold service contract provides a high return on your investment and the best possible conditions for success with your Sophion instrument. You are entitled to 3 business days’ response time (onsite or remote) for unplanned support, including new spare parts and 24-hour technical and application support.
Silver Sophion service contract for advanced service and support
The silver service level enables you to optimize the implementation and use of your system by ensuring increased uptime and disruption-free production at low maintenance costs. A Sophion silver service contract entitles you to five business days of response time (onsite or remote) for unplanned support, including new spare parts and 24-hour technical and application support.
Risk of downtime without a service contract
We always recommend our customers to purchase a service contract with your Sophion instrument. With Sophion Bioscience as your service partner, you benefit from full customer support. You can count on us to provide optimal service coverage for the lifetime of your instrument. Not having a service contract can increase the risk of downtime. Unless you have a service contract, you are not guaranteed fast support, and all costs for preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of your Sophion instrument must be paid ala carte.
