Cells are prepared in the automatic cell preparation (ACP) unit and transferred from that to the QChip via the cell transfer plate (CTP). The standard CTP is a one chamber version. It is also possible to have more chambers to allow Qube to select clones or to examine multiple cell lines on the same experimen

  • Make the clonal selection be done by your automatic patch clamp instrument
  • Test more cell lines at the same time
  • Examine CiPA protocols in one operation
