ICMS2019 UK - Sophion

Ion Channel Modulation Symposium 2019 - UK

Clare College, Memorial Court, Cambridge, United Kingdom

19-20 June 2019

Wednesday and Thursday 19th and 20th June 2019 Sophion will be arranging and hosting the fourth Ion Channel Modulation Symposium at Clare College in Cambridge (UK).

The Ion Channel Modulation Symposium gathers a broad range of people, from academia, CROs and pharmaceutical companies, to discuss the science of ion channel modulation. The symposium provides more than 20 speakers with an audience of 130 and has been fully attended in both 2016, 2017 and 2018. The meeting was initiated due to the absence of a high-level ion channel drug discovery conference in Europe.

Delegate quotes from previous years:

“Excellent symposium, I will remember it as a research symposium kindly put on by Sophion as a company that cares about ion channel research and wants to showcase it. Rather than a company trying to showcase the company. In achieving that, the company has showcased itself very extensively. Will definitely be attending next year.”

“This is the second symposium I have attended and both have been superb. The ICMS is outstanding both in the quality of the talks and the quality of the organisation. I look forward to it every year and hope that it will continue for a long time to come.”

“Excellent meeting as before. Hard to know how you could improve it. Just keep going with the same outstanding format please!”
