Cell density of Qube and QPatch ll
Sophion generally recommends having a cell density of 3×106 cells/mL on both Qube and QPatch ll, but our newest data demonstrates that the cell consumption can be reduced significantly and still ensure success rates above 90%. This data provides user benefits such as costs and time savings. However, we recommend that optimal cell concentrations are evaluated for each individual cell line and especially when working with cells that are expensive or in short supply.
