The services plans have many similarities and the main differences between them are response time and if parts are included. The Platinum and Gold service plans provides full coverage and the Silver plan does not include parts. All our service plans provide optimal insurance for you and your instrument.

Platinum Plan

The Platinum Plans provides full coverage and the quickest on-site response time.

Including:

  • Highest level of priority
  • 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year
  • On-site response time – 1 business day
  • All spare parts included
  • Software upgrades included
  • Yearly Hands-on training course at Sophion included (2 persons)

Gold Plan

The Gold Plans provides full coverage and fast-on-site response time.

Including:

  • 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year
  • On-site response time – 3 business days
  • All spare parts included
  • Software upgrades included
  • Yearly Hands-on training course at Sophion included (2 persons)

Silver Plan

The Silver Plans provides basic coverage and it includes:

  • 2 scheduled maintenance visits per year
  • On-site response time – 5 business days
  • Software upgrades included
  • Spare parts not included
